AO APARTMENTS, SANTA MONICA

Situated in a prime Santa Monica location, blocks from the ocean, the AO is a mixed used building consisting of 350 luxury residential units with small retail shops along Colorado Street. CLO design, a remodel of an underused and poorly graded dining space, was aimed at improving public access, building identity, and dining experience for tenants and guests. The newly remodeled space achieved these objectives. It looks sleek and sophisticated, contains quality crafted elements, and provides a refined setting for socializing and dining.
